Refund Policy

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or reasons outside  our control. We also do not accept cancellations. 
• All of our candles are hand made, therefore there may be some slight imperfections. This  does not affect the performance of the candle whatsoever. 
• If the candle is proven to be faulty, Your Perfect Glow Candles may offer a replacement at  our discretion. 
• Candle care instructions are provided on our website. If these instructions are not followed,  causing the candle to burn incorrectly, then a replacement will not be issued.
